On Governor DAO's two year anniversary, I have published a proposal on behalf of the core team. This proposal outlines what we believe to be the best strategy for Governor DAO to reach its full potential.
Primarily, this looks like external fundraising to accelerate our operations ten-fold. We have very high confidence in our ability to execute a fundraise after many discussions with pertinent parties. The proposed strategy is to spin out Proof-of-Existence with a new token, which will be used to solicit funds. GDAO holders would be entitled to claims valued at-or-exceeding GDAO holdings, with ownership additionally retained by Governor DAO itself.
Note that these decisions are non-binding until commitments are recorded, at which point a followup proposal can be introduced with hard numbers and allocations.
Other interim changes are proposed, primarily a proposed no payment for team work into Q4.

Exactly one year ago today the largest exit scam of DeFi summer took place. The anon CBDAO founder pulled all plugs and left the community for dead.
But something miraculous happened. The community banded together, and out of the ashes, @Governor_DAO rose.
